Volvo PTT Tech Tool 2.04 not authorized (solved)

Here is the working solution regarding the Volvo PTT Developer Tool (#SE167-E) and Volvo Premium Tech Tool 2.04.** (#SE167-F) cannot open software after installation.

Error message:

“You are not authorized to work with this Tech Tool version. Contact helpdesk if the problem persists.”

Solution:

Please download this fix software and then intall it
