How to solve Xtool X100 Pad do not work on F150

Problem: I received the Xtool X100 pad key programmer several days ago, but I encountered a problem that it doesn’t support to do my 2009 Ford F150.

There is a way to record the data when there come up with problems.

1.Insert the key and turn on the ignition switch, connect the device to vehicles, then choose USA Ford

2.To make sure the software is the latest version, click the small pen ““on Upper left corner to Turn on data logging, you will see the icon flashes to indicate recording, and click Manually select models to choose your car model

3.On the “control unit” menu, and select the system need to be tested for diagnostics and enter into the diagnostic abnormal interface.

4.Click that small pen ““ on Xtool X-100 Pad again after the end of the test, Then the pop-up feedback form, and fill in the user information column of contact telephone and mailbox, point “Send” to send.

After that, the record data will be sent to your mailbox, you can send email it to us sales@obdii365.com and we will send it to factory engineer to do data analysis.
