How to solve Launch Easydiag firmware error

Problem:

I need some help here, please.My Launch Easydiag obd2 code scanner firmware was 11.27, and I upgraded to 11.37, everything went well during the process.I am using EOBD version 22.46 January 2017.But now I have a problem, Easydiag does not connect with VW-28.00 and BMW-49.50, error message is " not found contain text ID {24110047} " and Launch X431 is closed, stops working.Can I go back to firmware 11.27 again ?Can anyone help me with this ?

Ok, tested, So far it's working well , no problem.I install New APK V-20 (byXeon1) great friendI also uninstalled " avast cleanup " I think he was killing my files.
